Nu-disco with a pulse. Straight from Tim Bernhardt's studio to your dance floor.
Since 2012, Satin Jackets has been reviving the polish and glamour of nu-disco — warm, danceable production that's shared stages and studios with Tensnake, Booka Shade, and Panama.
Satin Jackets is the project of German producer Tim Bernhardt, who's spent over a decade bringing the sheen of classic disco into modern club sound. Inspired by icons like Chic and Trevor Horn, Bernhardt broke through with "You Make Me Feel Good" on the Belgian label Eskimo Recordings — introducing his sound to the world before most listeners even knew the name behind it.
Three albums later, Satin Jackets is still evolving, with collaborators including Tensnake, Booka Shade, and Panama along the way. It's a catalog built on disco's roots but very much still moving forward — exactly the kind of set that hits differently live.

About The Sunset Room
Located in the heart of downtown Austin near the Convention Center, The Sunset Room is a gallery-style space with exposed brick, wood ceilings, and longleaf pine floors — intimate enough to feel like a secret, big enough to bring the energy. A perfect setting for a night of nu-disco!
